Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Surf & Turf Golf.

If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days once you receive your purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges

It is okay to change your mind. If you place an order that you would like to adjust, or if you receive an item that is not the right size as you selected, please contact our customer experience team. 

Our team works hard to ensure the accuracy, but mistakes do happen. If you receive an item that is different to what you ordered please contact our customer experience team. Please provide your order number, and images of the item.

Exchange shipping is covered by us.

Our team can then take the necessary steps to make sure you are taken care of as soon as possible.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt, proof of purchase and/or reason for return. (This can be emailed as well).

Please notify customer support if you have any questions. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). **Shipping charges subject to no refund. (see Shipping below).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
