Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Surf & Turf Golf. If something's not right, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange it, for store credit, a different item, or a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size, or just want something different? Contact our customer experience team and we'll take care of it. Exchange shipping is on us.

If we made a mistake and you received an item different from what you ordered, let us know — we'll need your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll fix it as fast as we can.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase (a copy by email works fine)

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and let you know it's arrived. We'll follow up shortly after with your refund status.

If approved, we'll refund your original payment method (shipping charges aren't included — see below). How long the credit takes to appear depends on your card issuer.

Shipping

Return shipping is at your own cost and isn't refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
