Thank you for visiting and shopping at Surf & Turf Golf. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are subject to be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM E.T. will begin their processing time at the start of the following business day. 

Due to COVID 19 impact and the current uncertainties of the world's economic and logistical landscape there may be occasional delays that are out of our control and we will handle these accordingly on a case by case basis to assure your customer experience meets our customer centric standards of always delivering you with customer service and personal hands-on communication during any unforeseen circumstances. 

We are a small company in our early years with a small tight knit team that loves providing our customers with the best personal service and communication that you can find, but humbly, we must admit we are human, and as a growing company in today's current COVID19 climate, we do face moments that exceed our capacity to guarantee certain things like immediate shipping times, or the occasional inventory processing or supply chain delay out of our control. These circumstances will be met with personal communication that assures you that we are understanding and always present to work with you on maintaining our best efforts to meet all expectations, but as we continually grow due to the loyal and unwavering support of great customers like you, we encounter busy times that can create delays. We promise that we are always listening to your feedback, support and critique and pledge to continually improve your customer experience day in and day out to assure your satisfaction and continued loyalty and membership to our Course to Coast community. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or answer your inquiries sent to customerservice@surfandturfgolf.com

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

NOTE: Shipping times are subject to begin with 2-3 days of processing. Unfortunately, orders involving a 2 day ship cannot always be processed, packaged, and shipped within the same 24 hours. Consider the shipping times via third party as speed indicators from when we can process and fulfill your order to the best of our abilities considering our small team that is the Surf & Turf Golf Family. 

We work very hard to assure your package is out as fast as possible and always guarantee presence and communication via our customer service contact lines. Please respect our 2-3 days processing times before inquiring about delays or delivery times if you haven't yet received tracking information. We thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We are aware that large scale companies such as Amazon have set a new standard of excellence in product fulfillment and shipment that the small businesses of the world can't always guarantee due to small personnel teams and resources.  Our products are guaranteed to be delivered and packaged with care and personal touch made especially for you, no package experience we ship has ever been the same as a previous customer's. We have decided to choose a culture of authentic community and special care over speed and convenience.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
