Very disappointed

Called a couple times asking updates on the hat. They said a week and half ago that it would ship out. They were backordered. Called last week said it would ship out a couple of days. Still nothing and no notification that the hat shipped out. Horrible customer service sorry to say. I wanted to like this company.
